Profound Travel and Tours has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute religious travel, sight seeing, business travel and educational trips services. "Profound Travel and Tours is aiming to introducing new destinations and easier way to travel with the introduction of technological innovations/ advances which will make accessing our services much more easier and effective . customer is king and we want to providing a service which is reliable, professional and profound.
" In order to deliver on this value proposition, we have noticed religious congregations, business people, education institutions and people in general travel frequently for different reasons. This market is untapped or underutilized. I will be compiling different tour packages to pilgrims across the province and outside the province. Work closely with businesses arranging all their travel needs. Encourage tourism as a practical subject and work closely with the department of education in assisting rural schools get the opportunity to travel to these places they relearn about. We want to dominate religious travel and domestic travel.This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the tourism industry. The transport sector in the tourism industry ss very vast and has many competitors but to create sense of the kind of business we are operating we consider our key competitors to be: Siyavaya travel and tours, CK travel and tours and also protours, . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Siyavaya travel and tours, CK travel and tours, protours, by being rotted in domestic travelers and mainly those in the townships across the province, I have a good understanding of what my target audience needs and I'm ready to provide. The company will be easily accessible to everyone in terms of location and price which will create a demand.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to approach potential investors and do more research on potential destinations we can highlight as our target market zone. The next six months will be very crucial as I intend in registering the Business with all the relevant bodies involved in the tourism industry.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to The main target market for this business. Religious travel, educational travel and business travel has a huge market which has a huge potential and is untapped. We are creating a well professionally operated tour operating company is the goal future goal. We are aiming to take this company to new heights and marking it a house hold name within the province of KwaZulu Natal. we want to generate at least R50 000+ per month.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Register with all legal and tourism bodies Develop a client data base with more than 100 congregations purchase a passenger bus and open new offices
