We believe that we can compete effectively with La fitness, snap fitness, anytime fitness, golds gym by striving to focus on the individual and cater to the needs of each person. Everyone has different goals and we have the structure that supports that. .
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to focus on small scalability by opening a new gym in the Miami Dade metropolitan area. . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy of improving or contacts and possible contractual agreements is a must. By working alongside Jackson Memorial Hospital, and further outreach in the Miami area, we will gain new clients and opportunities. . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
