In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we will put or economical sweat and dream together to make this happen and let our home speak for their self. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Building development and middle-class and upper class neighborhoods market. We consider our key competitor to be: ourselves in trying to achieve more. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with are unique style housing and ability to just get the job done.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to obtain lenders and investors.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to 24 months from now I want to be building developments with million-dollar homes.
