These products and services have been developed over the past 5yrs with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

As a key component of our growth strategy, we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to launch a new product. Whilst our existing products have been useful for testing the customer problem, new products are required to fully capitalise on our business potential. Our growth path is clearly oriented around the addition of new products, the development of these new products and the subsequent marketing of these. It is understood that costs will be associated with product development and marketing and these have been allowed for in our budget.

Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as The need to provide a rapid responce units through out local and statewide emergencies services that incorperates the usuage of plug and play software with little install time , that will decrease the mobility and launch times critical to finding of human and animal subjects.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Emergency Services.

R.E.I.P.E.R.S Corp is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Emergency Services. "R.E.I.P.E.R.S Corp will be responsible in providing rapid responce units with human support to help locate missing or injured victims.While increasing public knowledge to the equiptment and procedures the increase the surviabilty of injured or lost subject.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, We have implemented the usuage of public and private procedures that are readly available and established and incorperated these tools into 1 package that can be implemented in air and water devices simutaniously with on call support .. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Search & Rescue Hardware&Software market. We consider our key competitors to be: Local ,State,Federal Police ,Security,Safety ,First Responders .. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Local ,State,Federal Police ,Security,Safety ,First Responders . by We at REIPERS Corp have used our different resources and training to bring together a system that is being used and tested on a daily local level and can be delivered nation wide with in 1-12 hrs of being ordered and installed with training provided with onsite or offsite flexabilty .That can dropped by air to remote units . with instructions user friendly to be in use of desired need with in 20minutes of initial delivery .By providing a Stress Tested equipment with as little as possible construction time ,gives the user the advantage of time,weather, and down time required by safety and emergency services. Our equipment and software are designed and built Herr in the USA. .
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Creating multi faceted manufacturing,testing,training,management,marketing,operation procedures.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Creating a baseline in procedures in search & rescue and developing a integrated software programs that can be implemented over a broad spectrum of aerial and underwater drones.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Lauching of Equipment with Software established. Providing continuious training and upgrading of customed equipment. To new clients Offering a Residential Saftey and Security Equipment that can be married to todays home security equipment and persons .That can also track,defend,contact outside emergency units with little interfernce from other frequency modulated systems.
