VA.Preservation has 10 years in carpentry experience and can maintain and remodel within the company.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage. An all in one service.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Forclosure maintenance and preservation market. We consider our key competitors to be: Handyman services, Cleaning services , Etc.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Handyman services, Cleaning services , Etc. By providing the services of these contractor companies and provide quick response with less companies involved in the turn key prosses.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Provide reliable services for bank repossessed homes in Richmond and the surrounding areas to create revenue for my company.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Create enough revenue to upsize the company to two working crews and create twice the revenue.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: 6 months books in the black 12 months 1 cleaning crew, 1 carpenter crew 18 months cleaning crew and turn key crew ,trash out crew
