J Vision Roller Sk8, LLC has a clear business objective to developing Roller Skating For Youth Development and Empowerment program services. These services have been developed over 15 year with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

As a key component of our growth strategy, we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to launch a unique service. Whilst our existing services have been useful for testing the customer satisfaction, new innovative services are required to fully capitalize on our business potential. Our growth path is clearly oriented around the addition of our innovative service, the development of this new service and the subsequent marketing of these. It is understood that costs will be associated with service development and marketing and these have been allowed for in our budget.

"J Vision Roller Sk8 is a service minority owned small business providing a new innovative therapeutic program "Skateology", for youth development & empowerment. Skateology was created to give youth the safe space to learn through project based education that psychologically incorporates therapeutic values like music, skating & education to inspire youth to develop friendships that overcome deep social barriers. Project based education is fun that hides the education element while developing a love to learn. Inspiring youth to develop a love to learn has a powerful lifetime benefit and the passport to mental, physical and spiritual happiness. It's the foundation of a child's well-being and the key to success as an adult.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we JVRS has developed a full-scale roller skating system that teaches, sharpens and measures the progress level of each skater, integrated with educational components like awareness skills, comprehensive skills, confidence building, socialization skills, self discipline and emotional intelligence.
In 2009 the company created 6 instructional on-beat roller skating DVD videos and 2016 published a soft- cover instructional roller skating workbook.
JVRS teaches and certifies participating skate instructors who fully meet the
requirements of a certification test to become instructors. We provide a teaching model that includes proper demonstrations and breaks down each move into steps statically and dynamically, what to look for to provide feedback, drills and proper execution; an end to the lesson that empowers the student to practice more, what to practice and how that move fits into more complex
moves. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the youth program market. We consider our key competitors to be: city, state and government youth programs. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with city, state and government youth programs. Roller skating is the perfect way to combine fitness with fun. It helps people develop a fitness habit with a sport that's enjoyable for all ages. The youth of this generation are really the first to grow up in the age of fitness. Much research and emphasis has gone into the importance of lifetime health programs. Children learn early the benefits of staying healthy and in good physical condition. But with children, regular workout programs aren't quite what they need. Enjoyment is the key ingredient in every sport or exercise program especially for youth. On-beat roller skating provides just that.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Our goal is to have a social and cultural impact, developing social capital, reducing crime and anti-social behavior amongst youth.
Community, sponsors & supporters involvement are incorporated to teach youth the importance of giving back to the
community in a positive and beneficial way.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to implement a innovative full-scale roller skating system that teaches, sharpens and measures the progress level of each skater, integrated with educational components like self discipline, awareness skills, comprehensive skills, confidence building,
socialization skills and emotional intelligence. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Local community based, then expanding to city and statewide youth roller skating programs.
