In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Boulder beer& liquor emporium will be different because we will create a web page that will ask the customers for their needs and we will always listen to our customers. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Beer, Liquor and Wine market. We consider our key competitors to be the same because we both sell beer liquor and wine , But what is going to make us different is to care for the community letting them know that we will be taking care of them by delivering our service to them.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with the competition selling beer, wine and liquor. But what is going to make us different is to care for the community letting them know that we will be taking care of them by delivering our service to them. Our advantage is to seek local brewers to sell their product with us and listen to our customers on what they like and want..


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus is to improve our Customer Service for our existing customers by offering a new Service that will help the community as well provide the best Customer experience. The first service will be to deliver beer, liquor and wine to the comfort of their homes. This idea will provide safety and care for the community. The next service is to create a customer loyalty program to reward loyal customers with inventory that might need to be promoting . another area to increase profitability is to acquire the best selection of local crafted beers, liquor and wine. I will also create a web page to solve all legal procedures that will take care of the delivery process by building a file for customers that will prove their age and I'd number to match upon arrival. The other benefit is to send a short survey to tell us what product they want to see and how can we improve their experience.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to I will expand into a new Market by approaching local brewers to sell my their product at my store and create a wine and beer tasting experience for our customers.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Best crafted beers Great wine collection Best Liquor collection and The best customer experience.
