As a key component of our growth strategy, we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as women who have lost or misplaced there sense of hope and life direction.This is a critical issue for our selected target market of women going through transitions in life.

"Journey Box or Journey to Be Box will Provide a subscription service that delivers the instructions to positive change and working towards goals in a box.." In order to deliver on this value proposition, we The Journey Box will touch on all aspects of life. Physical,spiritual and the mental parts of a woman in need of change. Our purpose is to direct people towards a full peace, conquering fear and confusion which keep many from working to their full potential.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Products towards a better life market. We consider our key competitor to be: The Willie Wags Box . The understanding of this competitor has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with The Willie Wags Box because, the founder of The Journey Box is one who has made many transitions. She has experienced what these women are experiencing first hand. She has a great understanding of what it means to have to look pass disappointments in life and continue in her purpose towards her goals in life.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Continue to offer an ever evolving quality product.This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to contact local artists and business owners in the search of better and more creative products . We will also be reaching out to Youtubers and bloggers with similar subject matter give them a Journey Box and ask them to promote the box. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Launch the product, reach a 1000 customer mark and sell the monthly Journey Box to women internationally.
