As a key component of our growth strategy, we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones.
Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

3. Providing quality health care and promoting healthy lifestyles.
4. Providing greater opportunity for citizens globally through economic and social development.
5. Investing in communities.
This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Colleges, Schools, daycare centers, Public institutions and NGOs.

RAXMAN Consulting is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Colleges, Schools, daycare centers, Public institutions and NGOs. "Our programs at RAXMAN Consulting will help develop self-esteem, confidence, management capacity, flexibility and strength while having fun. Our small coach to trainee/student ratios allow our coaches to give participants the personal attention they need to learn new skills and reach their goals.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, our unique methods create impact to our trainees and customers and develop self awareness, sense of direction, improved focus and effectives, give huge motivation and greater ressilience. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Consulting and training market. We consider our key competitors to be: Management and training corporations.
However, RAXMAN Consulting is based on the local context knowledge of the communities best interest and need. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with our competitors from the corporations.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Conduct one training ad counsulting service in Minnesota every month. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand the training and consulting services in to 5 more states in the US and Canada. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are:
1. Develop field trip/Boot camp activities for our customers
2. Produce documentries that can attract 1,000 customers
3. Produce short films and movies about self development skills
4. Publish our first book about "Self development skills".
