In order to be deliver on this value proposition, I have had many teachings passed down to me through masters and teachers of all levels. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

We have a number of competitors within the home and business cleaning market. We consider our key competitors to be: chain organic cleaning supply companies such as Myers, and local cleaning companies (Asheville, Johnson City).Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with chain organic cleaning supply companies such as Myers, and local cleaning companies by providing and using our own 100% raw organic cleaning formulas, competitive pricing starting at $45.00, and a genuine connection to all prospective customers.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to promote locally via Facebook, physically by mailing list, and distributing flyers, and offering reference discounts. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand and hire employees. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
