We have a number of competitors within the Beverages market. We consider our key competitors to be: Eros and many others small and big companies.Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Eros and many others by Our hard work and sincere efforts with passion to succeed. Our is determination is the key to our success.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to gain market share by best quality product and amazing services. We will keeping the promise and do awesome communication with customers.
I will approach new area and do innovative marketing and promotion activities.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Organise and structure our team. Will expand our manufacturing plant and marketing team.

Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Launching business with two products and acquiring 25 customers.
We will launch two more flavour and target 70 customer in nearby of Bhiwandi border area including slums. Everyday sales target is min 250 units (10 boxesa) with daily turnover of Rs 2000.
1 Box of 25 units will be sold per customer at whole sale price of Rs 200.
