In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we What separates me from other barbers is the fact that I've been cutting for years and one thing I know is that it's very few barbers who take pride in there work and I do further more I have been successful because I keep god first and just try to stay grounded and remain positive even when negativity comes my way.... This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Haircuts and designs.... market. We consider our key competitors to be: What makes me different from my competitors? I guess the fact that I realize that business is business and friendship is friendship. Knowing how to separate the two is important because a lot of people lose business when they start letting friendships come in between that I myself keep them separate.... Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with I've been cutting hair for four years. People want to come to a barber who is experienced in what he does and knows his stuff from front to back. That makes the customer want to come back.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Set times that I know I'll be in the shop. For example if I say my shop hours are from 9:00am-7:00pm I'm going to work though's hours. Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm appointments and walk ins are accepted..... This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to After I set shop hours and own up to it I will give the customer the choice of contacting me by my cell phone or by the shop number..
