In order to deliver on this value proposition, we are dedicated to a well made product that speaks for itself. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the hats, capes and accessory market. We consider our key competitors to be: Tops, Target, Wallmart, Sears, JC Penny. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Tops, Target, Wallmart, Sears, JC Penny by offering a personal touch where customers can personalize products including Biblical based wording.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Develop a line hats, scarves and capes for women and children. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand into new products and fill orders for new clientele. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
