Oooooeeey-goooooey! is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Scrumptious treats. "Oooooeeey-goooooey! will be baked to perfection.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, I use all real ingredients. I use real butter. I do not skimp on ingredients and I bake from my heart. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Cake-like brownie market. We consider our key competitors to be: similar to my competitors because we all compete against each other, but with different product. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with similarities to my competitors because we all compete against each other, but with different product by Almond flavor and other extracts and different batters.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to have decorative packaging and give them as samples to draw more business. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to make different flavors. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: to have gooooeier corners, sell 20 pans in a month, and to create 25 new flavors.
