Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as Many patients cannot handle getting to their pharmacy and and want to remain anonymous and are unable and or unwilling to have prescriptions mailed to them due to the possibility of the packages being intercepted therefore challenging confidentiality! Additionally many patients are unable to work full time and although the copays are very low they still cannot afford to pay due to limited income. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of HIV /aids and diabetic populations in Prince George's and Charles County in southern maryland.

We will. handle all logistics associated with dispensing and delivering medications to you confidentially."

In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we I have been working as a pharmacist in various settings ie community hospital long term care and clinical services for over 35 years! Also I have developed a rapor with this community by sitting down with them in their environment and comfortably discussing and counseling them on the logistics and importance of strict medication adherence. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Prescription adherence and processing market. We consider our key competitors to be: Chain drug store pharmacies. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with We recognize the importance of individuality and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive prescription populations and we are able to infiltrate the community and meet and greet patients in their most comfortable environment.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Provide prescriptions filled and delivered to patients that are HIV positive and also diabetic patients at affordable prices since many of our clients are unable to gainfully seek employment due to health limitations also to arrange confidential delivery for prescriptions since many of our clients are unable or unwilling to come into the pharmacy to pick up their prescriptions. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Our 12 month objective would be to provide this service to approximately 250 patients.

These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are:

Increase medication adherence within this highly sensitive population
Return control of the direction of pharmacy to the pharmacist and healthcare professionals
