Underground Athletics Academy has a clear business objective to promote t-shirts, uniforms, fitness programs products and services.

These products and services have been developed over 3 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

As a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and
 align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones.

Our key long term business objective is to grow profitability. It is critical that we balance revenue growth with the growth in our cost base. Whilst the desire for profitable growth may constrain our growth rate, it is more important that revenue growth in isolation.

In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we II'm certified by kevin kurns and trained the elite in boxing, mma, wrestling, jiu-jitsu, muy-thai, kickboxing, and hayastan grappling. I've been thorough many different system; understanding what it takes to reach personal goals. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the t-shirts, uniforms, fitness programs market. We consider our key competitors to be: American top team, tiger schualmanns, team hammer, rat pak, reality fighting, and jungle gym.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with I experienced all the listed gyms and worked in different gyms, giving me the advantage of knowing what works and doesn't work. Also how to properly handle customers problems. .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Build a website, develop lesson programs, design logo, make business cards, and advertisement.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Develop clothing line, acquire ACE certification,continue to build reputation through in fight career, network with other gyms and sponsors. .

These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are:

develop lesson programs
acquire ACE certification
