This is a critical issue for our selected target market of struggling Latin Americans.

Anahuac Foundation is uniquely positioned to deliver value to struggling Latin Americans. "Anahuac Foundation will help those in poverty prosper, while learning about their heritage. Correcting the mistakes of the past and laying a foundation for our future." We will deliver on this value proposition because our Mesoamerican traditions and services are not offered by any other organization for our demograph. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Mesoamerican outreach market. We consider our key competitors to be: Mano A Mano, MecHa, Brown Berets and Mexica Movement.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Mano A Mano, MecHa, Brown Berets and Mexica Movement by offering a wide variety of services in one centralized location with multiple ways to access them.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to mass marketing and outreach. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to open an all inclusive business location. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: launch our clothing line, open out of state locations, and then international locations with schools and clinics.
