In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we allow you to choose what beads, charms, pendants, colors and styles that speak to you as a person. Everything is made based on client needs.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the hand crafted accessories market. We consider our key competitors to be: Jesse james beads and Giluanna designs. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Jesse james beads and Giluanna designs by pieces made by designer with passion for the work and pleasure of creating individual items.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to promote custom pieces through consultation. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to teaching clients what accessories go with what outfits. How to buy accessories based on personal style.
