In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we i have strong determination, love what i do and i am different from others. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

We have a number of competitors within the music, movies, and videos market. We consider our key competitors to be: Def jam Entertainment,Bad Boy Entertainment Young Money Entertainment etc. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Def jam Entertainment,Bad Boy Entertainment Young Money Entertainment etc by We are unique we have a different brand of artists with their own styles and we are determined to be one of the best record companies.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Promote new artist and music. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Making movies and videos. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
