Code X has a clear business objective to distribute Women and men's underwear and lingerie. These products and services have been developed over a period of time with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Men, women and the general youth.

The Value Proposition

Code X is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Men, women and the youth. "Code X will Provide a service that gives you major brands in Ghana." This capability will take considerable time and resources to develop, but forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage and we are willing to take on this task.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Women and men's underwear, lingerie market. We consider our key competitors to be: Awo's Unisex boutique and Bodytalk. Our understanding of these competitors will be used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Awo's boutique and Bodytalk by providing Affordable and quality products.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to sell relatively cheaper and brand new underwear in Ghana. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Venture into new areas, like swim wear. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are:
a) Have monthly promotions
b)Launch new products
c)Reward loyal customers
