Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Beautiful nails for women market. We consider our key competitors to be: offering friendly service and beautiful nails but you have to go to them, which is a 30 minute drive, where as I come to you. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with the many nail salons by charging 55% less then the salons customers have to currently drive to now.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to advertise creatively and be ambitious. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand to a company with employees. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
