GT Fuels has a clear business objective to distribute automotive lubricants, diesel fuel,illuminating paraffin, burner fuel products and services. These products and services have been developed over 7 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow revenue. Rapid revenue growth is considered the most critical and measurable business goal. In order to deliver on this value proposition, our unique knowledge, captive market and premises location capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the auto lubricants, diesel fuel,illuminating paraffin and burner fuel market. We consider our key competitors to be: Service stations, bulk diesel depots and bulk burner fuel wholesalers. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with service stations, bulk diesel depots, bulk burner fuel wholesalers by having a full range of fuels, panel shop knowledge and contacts, taxi industry location,overhead cost advantage and growth space..


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to: Use available assets 100%. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to "Increase volume to achieve 145000 litres per month within the next 3 months. Start motor oil distribution into taxi market as well as transport industry". These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Launch oil depot, start 20 burner fuel customers and complete offsite bulk diesel supply.
