CAREING FOR U has a clear business objective to provide Home care services for the elderly and People with mild disability. These services have been developed over months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that we may have to challenge our competitors on the rate of service but since our overhead costs as a small local company are low as compared to them. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

Through a structured customer discovery process, plus personal experience of working with all types of Clients, we have validated the key area of our target Market will be the Growing and Ageing population of Ethnic Asian Minority Community in and around South West London. There is a big Vacuum in this particular Asian community sector as we can target these clients giving us a Plus Factor over our competitors . Our selling point is Carers who understand their language, Culture, Religious beliefs and is a critical issue for our selected target market of Asian ethnic minority.

This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Elderly home care market. We consider our key selling point to have an advantage over the Big national Companies, but we can challenge them on the Service Price to our Customers as we can avoid the Big Over head Costs of Big Offices's and Back Office staff. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Anyone in our area of operation. Personal experience and academic qualification over a span of almost seven years has given me the advantage to know the inside out of the caring industry.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Recruit more carers. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand my service areas. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Increase the Client number to 25 in next 1 year. Have a fully functional office with at least 10 employees on board . Increase the service providing area of the company
