When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our missional objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term Missional objective is to launch all believers into mission.

Kishwaukee Bible Church has been created with a clear focus on the needs of people. Through a structured discovery process, we have a way for people to discover the person God made them and to help people find their God ordained purpose for living. This is a critical process for Everyone.
The Value Proposition
Kishwaukee Bible Church is uniquely positioned to deliver value to everyone. "Kishwaukee Bible Church wants to help you love God, learn His ways and live on mission." In order to deliver on this value proposition, we provide a wealth of experience in mentoring and training that can equip people in all stations of life to mature in and follow Jesus. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our existence.
Competitors
We have a number of partners within the field of the mission. We consider these partners as great assets in the mission. Our understanding of these partners has been used to refine our strategy and value To the mission. We believe that through the use of these partners we can better help people to learn and grow in a diverse body experience with qualified and ordained elders to find their place in the kingdom of God.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Hire new staff member to help mature people to participate in several mission opportunities. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to reshape existing programs to have a missional component to them. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall missional goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Hire staff member, launch west church, and create Missional communities.
