We will host tournaments and open plays for cheap price. You will get to meet lots of people who share similar interests.. In order to be deliver on this value proposition, What is unique about Providence Classic is that it is started by 2 young teenagers. Us two are widely known in the volleyball community. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Volleyball Tournaments market. We consider our key competitors to be: VBLI, Impacts, and Legacy Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with VBLI, Impacts, and Impacts by having cheaper admission prices.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be Social Networking to get through more players in the Volleyball Community. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Start more tournaments . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
