It will reduce energy cost with longer lasting products.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we do not have a middle men. Therefore; we have direct relationship with our suppliers. We can tell them exactly what our customers want with lower cost to our customers. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the LED Products and Services market. We consider our key competitors to be: Walmart, Sears, Lowe's, and LED Lights. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Walmart, Sears, Lowe's, and LED Lights by providing Cheaper products with better quality and a lot more varieties.
Key Strategies
Over the next 2 months our focus will be to work on couple of Projects before launching into the business world with both hands in. We will show our completed projects to acquire new customers. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Open a retail store for walk in customers and distribute on a whole sale market. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain Small Businesses Open Retail store Get Government Projects.
