When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow profitability. It is critical that we balance revenue growth with the growth in our cost base. B&G Trucking is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Three major customers. "B&G Trucking will Provide professional and timely trucking with excellent dispatch service." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, The drivers I hire have experience and training. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage. And the knowledge to dispatch trucks to achieve maximum profitability.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Frac sand hauling market. We consider our key competitors to be: G &RG
D&T
Max Mahans. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with G &RG
D&T
Max Mahans because i have personal relationships with the lead logistics coordinators of the three major frac service companies.
Key Strategies
Over the next 2 months our focus will be to Find investors to grow a much needed sand hauling fleet during this oil boom .. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Grow my fleet to twice its size and diversify it also to gain a more linear income to sustain if the oil drilling stops.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Open B&G, have all trucks turning a profit. Diversify into a business model that will be sustainable for many years to come. As long as there are oil wells, they will need to be re-worked, and the demand will always be there.
