MOES CLEAN OUT SERVICE has a clear business objective to produce a machine tool coolant clean out service. These services have been recently developed with a core focus on addressing the key customer problems and associated opportunities.

In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we will on the fact that no other service currently exists for medium size machine shops in our market. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We do not have competitors within the coolant clean out service in our market. Our understanding of our customer needs has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We will use our current customer base plus our environmental clean out service experience to promote this successful endeavor.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to develop a value added service that will add new and existing customers to the Moore Oil Industrial Division. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to promote additional coolant sales in the Milwaukee market and statewide. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Launch new product line. Obtain 25 new clean out customers. Double coolant sales to new and existing customers.
