In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we are skilled in our technicality, hence delivering vibrant pet attire and accessories, with high quality fabrics and materials that will not harm the pets. They are made to fit perfectly because of the couture characteristic. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Couture pet clothes and accessories market. We consider our key competitors to be: Petco,teacup puppies,pet smart. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Petco,target corporation,teacup puppies,pet smart,pet supermarket by Unique pet attire, custom designs, higher quality fabrics,.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Utilize direct marketing strategies and establish my brand in an area containing a high demand for my products and services. In addition, we will create products that are unique and created with the highest of quality.This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand into various areas of the market creating new products and also offer a wider variety of service in order to establish a more diverse pool of clientele.These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Launch or open business to clients Reach 100 clients within 6 months of launching, creating Stability in clientele within 2 year period after launch.
