Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the catering services market. We consider our key competitors to be: Anadocs, golden apple tina tarvan. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Anadocs, golden apple tina tarvan by uniquely packagedfood and on time delivery.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to a more customer approach to the preparation of dishes. Customers selected dishes will be prepared to meet their specification. Also customers who exceed the thrushold of 2000 cedis will be given a discount of 15 percent. A marketing assistant will be employed to get more orders for the business. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to buy a delivery van to deliver food on time. Customers who are able to refer a customer will have the cost of their order reduced by 10 percent. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: to operate a restaurant in two years of operatons to have another branch the next year in a nearby town obtain over 2000 customers in three years
