In order to be deliver on this value proposition, APeritus Tree Services are not a big business. So no big overheads. We keep it simple and professional and take pride in our gear and appearance. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Professional tree pruning and removal market. We consider our key competitors to be all tree companies in our surrounding suburbs, they are all in business for a reason and some have been for many years but we pride ourself on our quality of work, professionalism and being competitive in a cut throat game. Like most other tree companies we are all out to make a living but I like to think APeritus Tree Services goes one step further in the quality and outcome of the job and the clients expectations. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively in the tree game. We are not like all tree companies, we pride ourself on our quality of work, how the public and clients see us, our professionalism and being competitive in a cut throat game. I'm not out to put down other tree companies and talk APeritus Tree Services up. I like to think that the end result speaks for itself and the client can draw there own conclusions .
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Advertise, advertise, advertise. Put everything into the business and to leave job with the client expectations exceeded. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Obtain a newer, more reliable truck and chipper, newer chainsaws and tools so we have less break downs and more time on the job. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Make it to 6 months with medium growth and client base. Make it to 12 months and be financial enough to buy a home for my family after 12 months and keep making the business profitable for years to come. I would eventually like to employ young kids and give the the knowledge and time that was given to me. There are a lot of cowboys and people the fly by the seam of the shorts in this game and I would like to prove that this is not the case with APeritus Tree Services
