Overview

American Allstar Realty has a clear business objective to promote Phoenix East Valley Real Estate services. These services have been developed over eight years with a core focus on client satisfaction and new client acquisition.

The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new agents. New agent acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of agents. We understand that agent growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with agent acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear agent acquisition process.

The Customer

American Allstar Realty has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our agents and clients. Through a structured agent discovery process, we have validated the key agent problem as excel at training new agents in how to successfully complete transactions. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Motivated Full Time Agents.

The Value Proposition

American Allstar Realty is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Motivated Full Time Agents. "American Allstar Realty will provide the highest level of education and hands on training to our agents. As well as unique buyer and leads." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we utilize Velocify, a software program that distributes and allows fast follow up with leads agents are given. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the East Valley Real Estate market. We consider our key competitors to be: JK Realty, Keller Williams EV, Rock Point Realty, Gentry Realty, Century 21. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with JK Realty, Keller Williams EV, Rock Point Realty, Gentry Realty, Century 21 by having three full time Brokers who are availble for our agents as well as real life training and ongoing agent support. We also provide over 100 unique leads to our agents each week. Our office also has between 10-15 bank owned open houses a month available for our agents to sit.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to aquire a minimum of three new ambitious outgoing positive full time agents a month. Encourage and train current agents on how to reach their goals of at least 1.5 sales a month. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to continue to grow and expand our company based on higher sales volume and better training. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next year are:
Aquire 15 High Producing Agents
Close 20 Transactions A Month
300 Transactions In 2014
