We have a number of competitors within the Harley Davidson motorcycle market. I consider our key competitors to be: Other Harley dealers and Motorsport dealers. We are different because our relationship doesn't end with the sale. It continues long after. . My understanding of these competitors will be used to refine our strategy and value proposition. I believe that we can compete effectively with Other Harley dealers and Motorsport dealers. I will ensure that we are different because our relationship doesn't end with the sale. Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months my focus will be to implement a more hands on approach for the manager, by creating a second face and voice for our customers to see. Also take on the roll as closer. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to take this dealership to a 1000 unit dealer for 2015. . These strategies are a tactical implementation of my overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: 1000 unit Dealer, Increase customer relations, and a sales force that is proud to be part of Low Country Harley
