This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Commercial clients and their personal properties too.

In order to deliver on this value proposition, I use my experience as a business owner for many years to allows me to be sensitive to the needs of other business owners. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Insurance products and services market. We consider our key competitors to be: Statefarm, Geico, Nationwide. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Statefarm, Geico, Nationwide by We provide better customer service with a higher quality products.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Appoint a sales manager. Train existing staff in cross selling and quality customer service . Develop new marketing ideas. . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Start to call on larger commercial accounts . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 200 new clients and Market our products better . We want to be able to Cross sell each new client to provide all the products a client should have.
