In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we All of our instructors/trainers are police advanced riders. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Motorcycle training market. We consider our key competitors to be: Bridgend Motorcycle Training, 1st Class Rider Training, Motorcycle Training Wales. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Bridgend Motorcycle Training, 1st Class Rider Training, Motorcycle Training Wales by All of our instructors are top graded Police riders and the motorcycle industry accepts that there is no higher standard for safety. 3 of the trainers are Police Instructors and I believe VMT will be the only establishment to offer a female trainer. .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Internet advertising and leaflet drops to targeted audiences. Also using contacts for positive promotion.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Grow the areas services on offer. More training for post test riders and tours which culminate in a riding qualification. Local Authority rider improvement schemes. . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Establish a core learner business Develop the services to offer a wider range of training services to offer advanced training and tours Expand to offer learner car training
