Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be finding the right location that will be key to building the strong customer following that already exists. I have been self marketing by winning charity culinary competitions, televised nation wide cooking competitions and local awards for dining. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy of myself taking the the role of the hands on chef/ restauranteur. This will benefit the operation by giving me the opportunity to have full control on the elements that make or break new restaurants such as the following; labour, food cost, ordering, menu design, marketing, event consulting and attention to the finer details that are missed by frontline employees. Over the past 20+ years in the hospitality industry I have networked a vast reservoir of candidates that will work as a team to strive to the same goal of affordable, exceptional elegant five star customer experience. . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Local awards and recognition, 1000 likes and followers on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Opening of second location or expansion of first.
