This is a critical issue for our selected target market of sole proprietors and dying businesses.

Relier International is uniquely positioned to deliver value to sole proprietors and dying businesses. "Relier International will provide creative and innovative ideas to start up or revive any business." In order to deliver on this value proposition, we depend on our intense idea generation ability coupled with solid connections. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the business development and therapy market. We consider our key competitors to be: PR firms. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with PR firms because it's a new kind of consultancy.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to develop a website and a business app. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to organize a networking event. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
