Overview
Wow! Hair Crew is an established unisex hairdressing salon, providing high customer satisfaction by rendering excellent services. The salon is located in a small but growing village of Talbot green. I am looking to take over the business as a sole trader as I think it's a good opportunity for my future. I have very good experience and knowledge of the business and excellent rapport with my returned customers.
The Business Objectives
With my experience and knowledge I plan to launch new products and extra services to customers, I will be subletting a room to an experienced beautician who will offer a full range of beauty treatments and services to meet our customers needs, which will enhance customers physical appearance and mental relaxation. I plan to extend opening hours to suite customers needs.
As the salon owner I plan to cut costs such as the current window cleaners (will be down in house) accountancy fees (personal experience In accounts and payroll) and rug cleaners (which will also be done inhouse).
The Customer
Wow! Hair Crew has an excellent reputation with high customer care, a very good clientele ranging from all ages, we are a friendly salon with a great atmosphere, all staff have a good working relationship with ongoing team work and building.

The Value Proposition
I am asking for a business loan of £15,000 to buy a lease for 10 years which includes all equipment, furniture and closing stock,
The salon was refurbished 3 years ago, as of this the state is immaculate and does not need any work.
Rent for the property will be £600 per month which of the subletting of a room I will charge £350 to contribute towards.
Competitors
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to offer more of a range of products and introduce a beautician for more services. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Introduce more customers and increase profitability.
I plan to promote my business by setting up a we page, have my personal car printed and advise in local magazines and news papers, along with the current advertising of a Facebook business page and handing out leaflets.
These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
