Our key long term business objective is to launch new products and services. Whilst our existing products and services have been useful for testing the customer problem, new products and services are required to fully capitalise on our business potential. Our growth path is clearly oriented around the addition of new services, the development of these new products and the subsequent marketing of these. It is understood that costs will be associated with product development and marketing and these have been allowed for in our budget.

No jumping around managers to get what you want, because if something is not done right it will be taking care of right away. No wait times, or wait 5 business days. Etc. Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to my continuous learning experience and listening to customers needs will add on to the services that I provide. Launching services that can be done all in one place can be feasible for most. For example going to the bank to pay your mortgage, and car loan, home equity, adding a account, and talking to your Financial advisor in one branch is a lot easier and time consuming then going to two or three others branches. Customer satisfaction is my number goal because customer want what they pay for period. Outstanding rapport is key for my clients to feel worrying free for both animal and owner. . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Taking note of what works and what does not is what I will be doing daily to improve my services. Nothing is perfect but getting close enough to it is where I'm aiming. . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
