4Help is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Computer users. "4Help will provide computer repair answers and solutions." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we I work full time repairs government computers and electronic equipment. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the technical answers and solutions market. We consider our key competitors to be: Geek Squad, GIGS, and Computer renaissance. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Geek Squad, GIGS, and Computer renaissance by Affordable prices, and at home service.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Provide customers with outstanding service and irrefutable prices. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Continue improving my customer service and start educating youth on computer hardware and software. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: obtain a healthy network of end users educate customers on how to use their machines properly provide competitve prices with excellent customer services
