AutoClarity has a clear business objective to produce Automotive Detailing services. These services have been developed over 3 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

AutoClarity has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as Car paint rejuvenation , deposits stains removal , leather repairs, interior solutions, wax protection. Scratch removal, Bumper paint repairs. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of High end car owners , car collectors , car lovers ,corporate workers, car dealerships , insurance company's.

The Value Proposition

AutoClarity is uniquely positioned to deliver value to High end car owners , car collectors , corporate workers, car dealerships , insurance company's.. "AutoClarity will Provide a service that will change the look of your car and protect it from the elements of wear and tear.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition. Our unique service is one on one with our customer we educate our customer on what we will do and achieve before we start. This capability has taken our time to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Automotive Detailing market. We consider our key competitors to be: Paint correction detailers, cheap labour car washes.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Paint correction detailers, cheap labour car washes. by Specialised tools and product and 14 years experience on every different base car paints, using different tools and products for different paints.
Can produce a car clean 100% better than a cheap car wash without adding swirls in the paint. .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Marketing mail out. automotive display at car shows in South Florida. Signage at Dixie Warehouse. Internet website. Word of mouth. Insurance to obtain vendor work through dealerships. . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Will have a system in place with one or two employees to produce same result in less time and bring on a higher volume of work daily . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 50 regular clients . Car show displays . Obtain two staff members.
