Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as Our hair services will address hair loss/thinning, hair health, hair restoration, styling , shaping/cuts, quality extensions, treatments ,color and a variety of product line. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Woman who find it difficult to find quality stylist who will service you with what you need and want.

Oshun Salon is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Woman who make 60k and better.. "Oshun Salon will provide a serene and catering environment where you can let lose all hair issues and have them catered to.." In order to be delivered on this value proposition, we at the end if each day will review all clients profile cards and will create a hair program for each individual's specific need . This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Hair Services market. We consider our key competitors to be: Eveloution ( the green room salon)
Ursela Stephan's ( the salon). Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Eveloution ( the green room salon)
Ursela Stephan's ( the salon) by Oshun Salons all around unique way of styling, hair care , attentiveness to each individual client and reassured quality services each and every time .
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Make sure all hair services are provided by Oshun Salon. We will make sure all stylist will be updated with the latest trends and style so that we would be able to mitigate any task sent our way. No client shall be turned down.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to sell hair care products so that all clients would be able to maintain there hair as best as they can when we are not available.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Servicing homeless shelters twice a month ,Traveling to foreign countries to learn all aspects of hair , and to develope a franchise.
