"Perthsonalised Travels will provide end to end advice for travelling to Perth." In order to deliver on this value proposition, we depend on our thorough knowledge of Perth, expert knowledge of the local golf scene and the general passion for life itself.This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the golf tours market. We consider our key competitors to be: Ausgolf, Teedupgolf. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Ausgolf, Teedupgolf because we only focus on golf courses in Western Australia. We provide airport pickup, affordable transportation and accomodation. We also offer optional short tours for travellers to discover Perth. Apart from golf, we cater other exciting tour packages such as group Cycling packages and pre/post wedding photography or videography.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to aggresive marketing targeting the South East Asian market, predominantly via facebook and word of mouth. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand into whats trending and also niche areas.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Get 2 bookings per week, get 5000 likes on facebook by december next year and get good reviews on Trip Advisor.
