Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to have our staff hand picked from reputable sources, and advertising will be done via the paper, internet, and personal visits to local hospitals and medical clinics . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to After 12 months, the generated revenue and projected profits will be analysed and the business will decide on either furthering advertising and reputation or, if the business is doing well, opening the next clinic. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
