Cannabis Clean has a clear business objective to distribute microbe protection products to cannabis growers. These products have been developed over 3 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

Cannabis Clean is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Marijuana growers. "Cannabis Clean will provide a 2 step delivery system that wipes away harmful microbes leaving no residue, then applying a protective shield that permanently inhibits the growth of mold, mildew, and other harmful microbes." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we have a 2-step process that leaves no residue and is permanently bonded to surface. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Microbe protection market. We consider our key competitors to be: Formula 420, Innovative Solutions. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Formula 420 and Innovative Solutions by PREVENTING AND INHIBITING the growth of mold and mildew. Our products clean and then prevent anything from growing on the surface


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to hire 2 sales people. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Appoint a sales manager. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
