We have a number of competitors within the fruit, vegetables, and poultry market. We consider our key competitors to be: other farms and local churches. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with local churches by gaining the support of local churches as a collective effort, and using their long term donations to make our product more desirable over other farms.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Obtain licensing, grants and donations for land.
