Boingy has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Podcast and digital media products relating to foraging , sweets and other interests of Adele Nozedars. These products and services have been developed over Many years with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as there does not exist any recognised national or international al forager or known sweet writer. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Middle aged people interested in foraging , sweets or associated services provided by an established best selling writer .

The Value Proposition

Boingy is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Middle aged people interested in foraging , sweets or associated services. "Boingy will Interest and enhances their lives." In order to deliver on this value proposition, Boingy will utilise Great presentation skills and extensive knowledge of field. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Podcast and digital media market. We consider our key competitors to be: Individuals but no brand names . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Individuals but no brand names by Unique knowledge and experience .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to deliver digital media and sell associated products. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Launch associated podcasts and develop sister products. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones
