In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we need to be the only one in the market that offers this digital approach and follows through. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Health Fitness & Wellness market. We consider our key competitors to be: Personal trainers, Gyms, fad diets (weight watchers) and Boot camps. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Personal trainers Gyms, Boot camps fad diets (weight watchers) by bringing a tailored personal touch to Specific scientific and mathematical assessment supplying the road map unique in accuracy while being More technologically advanced then any competitor .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Devise a product and service that is unique to every town, functional, simple, realistic, easy to use, systematic, sociable, successful and finally scalable . This task will be undertaken using the obtained 10 years of experience. These strategies will require further tactical implementation of our overall business goal!

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are:

150 to 300 customers signed up yearly on 6 or 12 months paying £175 a month

Recognition through tv and media coverage.

Expansion within 2 years in to suitable new micro geographical demographic markets areas
