In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we I have been involved with music all of my life I have been trained in editing, composing, production, and performance. My passion, experience, and natural ability will enable H.O.B. To give customers the best product.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Recording Studio market. We consider our key competitors to be: Tipitinas, nothin but fire records, home studios . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Tipitinas, nothin but fire records, home studios by Unique recording style and technic you will be surprised at the quality of sound that comes from the equipment I have .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Pass out flyers, social network media, and business cards . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Record new artist and print CDs . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
