The Business Objectives
When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow revenue. Rapid revenue growth is considered the most critical and measurable business goal. At this stage of our development, we consider this to be more important than profitability growth, although both are important long term objectives.
The Customer
ZOLL has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as Saving lives of people who suffer from Sudden Cardiac Arrest and is fully compliant with the 2010 AHA guidelines. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Doctors and Dentists in the Alt Care market.
The Value Proposition
ZOLL is uniquely positioned to deliver value to the Alternate Care Market. "ZOLL will Provide a fully compliant device with support of all accessories and is the only device on the market that can provide live coaching feedback of CPR during a rescue." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, Our AED's have Real CPR Help technology. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to concentrate on the Welch Allyn EOL marketing campaign we have in place. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy of Mailers to current Welch Allyn end users
E-mail blasts to end users letting them know their device is no longer supported.
Lead generation from mailers and e-mail blasts end users. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next year is to: Obtain 200 new AED unit sales and grow our Dental market business, along Term Care business and maintain our current place in the Physician market.
